OhioMeansJobs (OMJ) has partnered with the Ohio Business Gateway (OBG), Indeed.com, and Monster.com to enable your business to post job opportunities on hundreds job boards and search over 8 million Ohio area résumés.

Company registration details
Ohio Businesses must register with OhioMeansJobs (OMJ) at www.ohiomeansjobs.com. If you do not already have an OBG Username, the OMJ registration process will also include your request for an OBG Username.
If your company does not already have an OBG Account, then the OMJ registration process will create your company OBG Account and your individual user account. You are your company's OBG Administrator. As the OBG Administrator, you will approve or reject any OMJ registrations from additional users at your company.
If your company already has an OBG Account, then the OMJ registration process will forward a new user request to your company's OBG Administrator for approval.
Upon completion of your application, you will receive a confirmation message via e-mail detailing your registration status. This e-mail will serve as an official acknowledgement that OBG has received your application. Once your OMJ and OBG user accounts are set up, you will be able to search resumes and post job openings on www.ohiomeansjobs.com.
Non-Ohio-based businesses follow the same registration process, and will need to contact a local One-Stop office to search résumés. View One-Stop offices by county.
