Deferred Compensation Filing Information

Filing Information

Public sector employers can set-up an account with the Deferred Compensation program and then login to OBG Electronic Filing to file notifications, billings, collections, and reconciliations of 457 plan contribution payments.

How Does it Work?

A public sector employer must obtain an account from the Deferred Compensation program before logging in to OBG Electronic Filing. The employer can then use the online electronic filing services to file notifications, billings, collections, and reconciliations of 457 plan contribution payments.

The online process enables users to provide required data and enter ACH payment information in order to remit funds. OBG Electronic Filing sends all data and payment information directly to Ohio Deferred Compensation and provides the employer with a confirmation of the filing. Ohio Deferred Compensation remains the administrator of the employer's account.
